Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

Honoring the Courage of Faithful Missions

Too often, we take for granted our freedom to worship—freedom to gather in church, lift our voices in praise, and seek the presence of a living and loving God. In many parts of the world, however, this liberty comes at a great cost. There are places where the desire for a Bible forces believers to choose between spiritual nourishment and daily survival. Where attending church could result in imprisonment. In some nations, worshiping God may even lead to execution.
At Harvest Time Fellowship Church, we count it a sacred privilege to support missions in Mexico and China—missions that courageously choose to honor God above man. These ministries embody the love of Christ by sheltering orphans, embracing widows, and boldly proclaiming a gospel of hope and compassion in regions of spiritual and physical hardship. We stand with them in faith, believing that light still shines brightest in the darkest places.

Mission in Mexico

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
In the heart of Rosario, Mexico, Harvest Time Fellowship Church joyfully supports a mission led by Pastor Misrael—a beacon of hope for children who have been abandoned, overlooked, or forgotten. Here, those who once had no home are welcomed into one. Where hope was scarce, it is now overflowing. Futures once dim are illuminated by love, grace, and purpose.

Through the faithful hands of God’s servants, these children experience the redeeming power of Christ. They are nurtured, protected, and reminded daily that they are seen, cherished, and called by God.

This mission embodies the spirit of James 1:27: "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress..." We are honored to walk alongside this work—to uplift lives, restore dignity, and share the light of His mercy.

The Hidden Mission in China

"Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow." Isaiah 1:17

Somewhere in the heart of China, a courageous mission is quietly transforming lives. Led by a faithful servant of God, this work reaches boys and girls who have been rescued from the darkest corners of human trafficking, exploitation, and abandonment.

What begins as rescue becomes restoration. These children are given shelter, dignity, and—most importantly—a chance to meet the One who loves them unconditionally. Through deep discipleship and daily care, they are raised in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, experiencing a love that heals and redeems.

The cost of this work is high. The leader of this mission faces unimaginable risk—imprisonment, deportation, even death. Yet the calling to serve, to save, and to shepherd these little ones remains steadfast. Harvest Time Fellowship Church is honored to support this holy endeavor, standing in prayer and faith beside those who shine God's light in a place where it’s needed most.

"Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples." Psalm 96:3

Led by husband and wife duo Ben and Kaitlyn Steers, Steers Ministry exists to fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission—proclaiming His name and message of salvation in the most remote, underserved regions of the world. With unwavering obedience to Christ’s call in Mark 16:15 and Matthew 28:18–19, they go wherever the Lord leads: from the heart of Zambia to the villages of Honduras, the cities of Pakistan to the communities of South Africa.

Their mission is two-fold: to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet people where they are through acts of compassion. Through personal connection and humanitarian aid—including distributing Bibles, eyeglasses, and toys—they embody the love and kindness of Jesus in tangible ways.

Ben and Kaitlyn’s calling is not limited by geography, fear, or comfort. They move forward in faith, bringing hope to forgotten corners of the world and forging lasting relationships built on grace and truth.

The Mission in Pakistan

“And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’” Mathew  25:40

Our church is deeply committed to uplifting fellow believers around the world, and one of the missions closest to our heart is led by Shahryar Sadiq Masih in Pakistan—a region where Christians often endure persecution for their faith.
This mission stands as a beacon of hope and strength for the local Christian community. Through unwavering faith and compassionate outreach, it provides:

  • Biblical Teaching: Grounded in Scripture, believers are nurtured in their walk with Christ, empowered to live boldly and faithfully.
  • Provision for the Hungry: In the spirit of Christ’s love, the mission offers food and basic necessities to those facing hardship and poverty.
  • Spiritual Formation for Children: A special emphasis is placed on raising the next generation to know and love God, instilling values of faith, hope, and resilience.
In a land where the gospel is often met with resistance, this ministry offers courage, community, and Christ-centered support to all who seek Him. We are honored to stand with Shahryar and his team as they faithfully serve and inspire others through the light of the gospel.
